Recruitment is a highly addictive and competitive industry.
It is like a treasure hunt and a dating agency combined.
The money is great and so is the satisfaction of placing your candidates.

You will be earning top dollars for helping an employer hire the best candidate on the market and assisting a job seeker into their dream job.
As a trainee you will be on a base + commission model.
The base is not going to buy you a house, but if you are good the commission will buy you several.

The pace is fast. 
You'll be dealing with a variety of roles within IT, engineers, chemists, management, or maybe even aviation or heath-care.
Once you have the bug it is hard to shake.
It is hard work, it is a lot of phone calls, emailing and pouring through databases.
Beware, this industry does not stand fools or lazy people.

This role is a trainee role for a future management position.
You will start off supporting a Senior Recruiter by sifting through resumes to find the golden nuggets.
Once you have mastered this you will be onto talking with Hiring Managers to place candidates.
From then, the world opens up.

After 18 years we are now gearing up for Franchising.
Once completed and you have mastered being a recruiter you can either manage a branch, or even own one!
