 This 100 bed facility located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsular is in a fantastic location and has an awesome culture.  You will not find better than this.

The facility is just 6 years old, the DON has been there nearly all that time, and her deputy who works part time (and used to be a DON in her own right,) has been there almost as long.

These two managers are extremely supportive in nature, and have set up as good a working environment in Aged Care as you will find anywhere. 

• They have never had any accreditation issues and have a quality committee in place.
• They have set up fantastic systems which are extremely organised and efficient.
• There is a Nurse educator
• They have a social club that meets once a month, and occasionally they go on short holidays together.

If you are looking for a better working environment, a place where you can be happy and enjoy coming to work each day, then this is the position for you. In the past Agency nurses who have worked on a casual basis have loved it so much they have come back to work on a permanent basis.
