If you can address their agendas you will improve your chances of landing the role.
You can assume that all the employees at your prospective employer want to make sure that you are going to be an asset to the company. However there are likely to be additional agendas at play. Following is a list of the most common additional agendas we see:

Are you going to stay in the job?
Are you going to pay back my return in investment in your wages?
How quickly can you get up to speed and produce?
Are you going to help or hinder my team to complete the targets I have been set?
Are you going to take my job?
Are you going to help me get home on time?
Will I have to fix your work?
Do I need to spend a lot of time training you?
Are you going to pass your probation?
Is your performance going to encourage the employer to come back and use my services?
Will you come home grumpy?
How much are you being paid?
Will you be home on time?
